Last updated: 20 April 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using isitafraud.com (“the Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What the Service does
The Service aggregates publicly available and community-sourced signals to produce an informational verdict about a given domain. Verdicts are best-effort opinions, not legal or financial advice.
3. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including (but not limited to) warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You use the Service at your own risk.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators of the Service are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service or reliance on any verdict produced by it.
5. User-submitted evidence
If you submit evidence (screenshots, notes, reports), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and redistribute that content as part of the Service, provided the content is lawfully yours to share and does not infringe third-party rights or contain personal data of others.
We reserve the right to remove submissions at our sole discretion, including but not limited to submissions that are defamatory, unlawful, or duplicative.
6. Accounts
You authenticate via Google. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure. You may delete your account at any time by emailing hello@isitafraud.com.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, mirror, or redistribute the Service or its data without written permission;
- submit content you don't have the right to submit or that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, or defamatory;
- use the Service to harass, dox, or target individuals;
- abuse the API with automated traffic beyond reasonable human use.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator resides, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
